Method 2: Clearing the Quick access shortcut folder

If this method wasn’t applicable or you’re looking for a different approach, move over to Method 2 where we clear all the quick access shortcuts. Now the context menu options should be displayed correctly and you should be able to click on the Unpin from Quick access option.

With both pinned folders selected, right-click on any of them.

Next, select the pinned FTP folder and then hold the Ctrl key while selecting another pinned folder to do a multi-select.

Open File Explorer and expand the Quick access menu.
